Two separate criminal cases have been reported in Indore, India. In the first case, the body of Sandeep, a youth, was found near mines in the Bicholi area. Investigation revealed that Sandeep was murdered by his accomplices Banti Chauhan and Dheeraj Sharma, who had a fight over sharing the stolen goods. They killed Sandeep with a stone and later confessed to shooting him when confronted by the police. Dheeraj Sharma, who is the son of a policeman, had been previously caught for involvement in a loot but was released due to lack of evidence.

In the second case, the Indore police arrested Vishwas Soni and Nitin Parashar for stealing vehicles from Indore and selling them in Khandwa, Khargone, Sanawad, and Barhawa. The police suspect that Pawan, their accomplice who is an expert in breaking locks, is still at large. The gang members have admitted to stealing 15 vehicles. Vishwas Soni, the gang leader, has several cases of loot, attempted murder, and dacoity registered against him in Khandwa Kotwali police station, Moghat, Sanawad, and Barwaha. The police are investigating the possibility of the gang being involved in more serious crimes in the city.
