Love affair gone awry leads to heinous murders in Baghpat

The Baghpat Crime Branch has arrested two accused before they could commit the next murder in connection with the killing of five people, including two police officers, in Gangnoli village of the Dohta Thana area. This incident happened in Baghpat, a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The assailants were also involved in looting SLRs and rifles before the heinous crime.

The murder of five people, including two police officers, was committed just 12 days ago in Gangnoli village of Dohta Thana area. The murderers, two young men from Sonipat, Haryana, fled after the crime. IG Zone Meerut Abhay Anand revealed that the arrested accused, Pankaj and Harish, were motivated by the former's love for a girl named Pankaj Sarita, whom he wanted to marry. However, the girl's family was against their union.

Pankaj and Harish conspired to kill the girl's family members. They looted weapons from the PSIs to carry out the murders. They then fled to Haryana with the girl after the crime was committed. However, the police apprehended them before they could carry out their next murder. It is noteworthy that the accused murderers had killed the police officers in order to loot their weapons and use them for their own crimes. The government has announced a reward of 50,000 rupees for theteam that solved this case.

This gruesome incident was a result of the accused's love affair gone wrong, which led them to commit these heinous crimes. The police officers' murders were a means to an end for the accused, who intended to use their weapons to carry out the killings. However, due to the swift action taken by the police, they were apprehended before they could cause more harm. The government's reward for the solving team is a testament to the police's hard work and dedication in solving this case.
